Crush ginger garlic and green chillies.keep it aside.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and saute onions,grampu,cinnamon,cardamom and fennel.
After sauting for sometime add ginger garlic paste also add sliced tomatoes to it and saute it.
Now add powdered onions followed by chilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder.
When heated add mutton pieces to mix and stir well .
Cook under lid for some time in low flame.
Taste and add salt,when cooked add the coriander leaves.
The curry is ready when leaves and mutton pieces are evenly cooked also gravy will be thickened.
Ready to serve.
